Feature Story: 48 Hour Field Journal for Frost River

~48 HOUR FIELD JOURNAL: BWCA IN SEPTEMBER~

It was 3:00 in the afternoon as we dipped the canoe into the water, loaded our gear and paddled into a stiff headwind. 3:00pm is a terrible time to start a BWCA trip.

When my wife and I hatched a plan for a short weekend trip to the BWCA, it made for 48 hours of adventure, sunshine, rainbows, storms and peace and quiet. Click here to take a read of my original text, or peruse the photos.
